Over the Himalayas, India (3^rd September 2011)

As I boarded the Delhi flight from Leh after an eventful week in Ladakh, I prayed to the Gods for clear skies for the next couple of hours. This particular flight, which flies over the vast Himalayan range, is famous for its breathtaking views of the mountains, provided there are no clouds. It was really cloudy on our onward journey, but this time the Gods did not disappoint us. Throughout the one and a half hour long flight, the visibility was fantastic. As we flew over the snowcapped mountains, I just kept staring at them, taking in the spellbinding scenery in front of me. Believe me folks, nothing can beat this sight!
